Every FORGIA object begins as a dimensioned drawing, not a sketch. Proportions are fixed first — seat height, table depth, the line of a shadow gap — because a millimetre at the drawing stage is a millimetre in the room.

Steel is cut, then jigged: frames are welded in fixtures that hold every angle true, because a table that rocks is a table that failed. Welds are ground flush where the eye travels and left honest where structure shows.

Surfaces follow: preparation, primer where needed, polyester powder coat cured to a specified thickness. Wood and stone are fitted to machined plates, never forced to steel — materials move, and the joint must allow it.

The last step is the quietest: assembly, alignment, and a final check with a straightedge and a level. An object leaves the workshop only when it stands true.
